Job Summary:
Seeking a Workday Consultant with expertise in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday (HCM, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, Financials). Key role in designing Workday solutions and collaborating with teams to ensure functionality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and upgrade Workday modules
• Analyze requirements, identify gaps, and design solutions
• Support troubleshooting, data migration, and system audits
• Document processes, train users, and support Workday integrations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 8+ years as a Workday Consultant
• Proficiency in Workday tools (Studio, EIBs, Report Writer)
• Strong communication and team skills

Preferred Skills:

• Workday Security, Prism Analytics, and agile project experience
